If an item is not currently in stock, you can still place an order with us. We can typically obtain most print music titles within 2-3 weeks from our overseas suppliers. Instruments and accessories can be obtained overnight from local suppliers if they are in stock. FAQ – Ordering, Shipping, Policies, Payment Options
What are your shipping options within New Zealand?
We offer a tracked courier service within New Zealand. Our courier picks up orders at 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend pickups. To ensure same-day dispatch, please email us by 2:00 pm or call us by 3:00 pm. Please provide a physical delivery address as couriers usually do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Urban areas typically receive overnight delivery, while rural areas may take 2-3 business days.
What are your policies regarding orders, returns, and refunds?
If we send an incorrect item, you have the right to return it and receive the correct item. However, we do not offer refunds in such circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the goods were supplied correctly. Warranties vary by product, so please contact us for specific warranty information. If a fault develops within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. If a fault develops due to misuse or improper use, repairs will be at your cost.
How can I initiate a warranty claim or repair for an instrument or accessory?
If you encounter a fault with an instrument or accessory within the warranty period, please contact us. For larger items like digital pianos or keyboards, we can provide you with the repairer’s address. For pianos under warranty, we can arrange a procedure with Robert. If the fault is due to lack of care or misuse, repairs will be at your cost.
What are my payment options?
You have two payment options when purchasing through our website. You can use New Zealand’s most trusted online payment gateway, DPS, for credit card payments. If you choose this option, we can dispatch your goods immediately. Alternatively, you can opt for internet banking. If you pay via bank deposit, we will dispatch the goods once funds are received.
